TIPS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS OF REAL ESTATE, PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND SEWER ACCOUNTS

Having troubles pulling up your account? Here are a few tips to help.

• If you are a tax paying resident of Dover-Foxcroft, please select the Real Estate Tax Payments option.
  
  
• Personal Property is for local businesses and Sewer is for those residents using public sewer.
  
  
• When entering your tax account number be sure to exclude any zero's before your account number, as well as remove the RE after the account number. Example: If your account number is 0001609RE only enter 1609.
  
  
• Tax Year: If the bill you are paying was received in August 2020 and you are paying either the first half due September 25, 2020, or second half for February 26, 2021, please enter 2021 for the tax year. And as always please feel free to call our office for assistance.

There are two available payment methods:

1. ACH/Checking Account - You will need to provide your account number and the bank's routing number to pay by this method. A helpful check image is available during the payment process to assist in locating this information.  A service fee of $1.00 will be charge for each transaction.
   
   *Insufficient funds on checks will be charged a $35 3rd party fee and a $35 fee will be charged by the town.
   
   
2. Credit/Debit Cards - We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. A service fee of 2.75% with a minimum of $1.75 will be charged per transaction.
